working at cnn in atlanta behind the camera, not doing what i wanted to be doing. you have to know at some point it's not going to happen here. >> yeah. >> i picked myself up and moved to new york city and looked for new opportunities. you have to be able to look yourself in the mirror and say it's time to move on. it may not be comfortable but you have to pull the plug. >> that's right. al, how about you? >> i was very fortunate. i started doing weekend weather when i was a sophomore in college. that kind of put me on that path. just transition wise, still i was worried about getting enough physical activity and i just made the decision about nine months ago, i want to bike to work. i just decided i'm going to do it. i really feel like it's made a change in my life. the days i don't do it, i miss it. i've got some sort of activity and i'm taking charge of being healthy. >> makes for a fun commute, too. >> it does. and you learn a new language. >> donny, have you been stuck? >> early on i was working for my dad. he fired me. it was actually the best thing that ever
